Hi Michael,

I run either AVG or Antivir on my computers. Both are free and include real time protection and regular scans can be scheduled. AVG includes Spyware/Adware protection so that's my first choice. Also, don't forget to install CCleaner to keep your computer running clean and fast. You can find these at download.com or in my toolbox at http://bmoen.com/virushelp/toolbox/index.asp

Hope that helps!

Any update on your Threatfire article from 4/08? How about Spybot S & D? I need to either replace or renew my Norton 360 but want to know if there are better options out there.

Thanx!!
